President Donald Trump recently said a speech to first responders and other impacted by 9/11. According to CNN, Trump said although he was there, he doesn’t consider himself a first responder. He said: “I was down there. I spent a lot of time down there with you." The president said this at the signing of an extension of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. This money ensures first responders continue to get government money ot deal with their issues.
