Skin-crawling moment cockroach burrows inside man's ear during removal in Vietnam

A tiny cockroach was found crawling inside a man’s ear during an operation for its removal in Vietnam.
The man arrived at a clinic in Bar Giant Province, claiming to have an insect inside his ear that was causing him unbearable pain.
Upon exploration, the doctor found the cockroach creeping inside the man’s ear.
Footage, captured on May 15, shows the cockroach moving around the man’s ear canal as the doctor tries to extract the insect using a thin metal stick.
After a few failed attempts to catch the insect using the device, the doctor approaches a syringe with salt water. The creature then crawls out of the ear to the relief of the patient.
