It seems like South Korea will be changing three of four ambassadors to the major global powers.
According to diplomatic sources on Monday, former second deputy director for National Security Council Nam Gwan-pyo... is likely to be named ambassador to Japan, while Jang Ha-sung..., the former presidential policy chief, will take the post in China.
Lee Seok-bae..., the Consul General in Vladivostok is reportedly posted as the ambassador to Russia.
This is seen as an effort to revive the atmosphere in bettering or strengthening diplomatic ties with the following countries,... especially as these officials have specialized experience in these areas.
Their appointment is to become official once the countries they are based in, give their approval.
