Unable to put up with the alleged continued harassment from government officials over his role in exposing a job racket, an RTI activist committed suicide outside the Chief Secretary's Office at the State Secretariat here.
Rajendra Kumar Singh,45,who took the extreme step on Tuesday evening, had filed a series of RTI queries which had revealed the names of some individuals who had secured government jobs on the basis of bogus caste certificates.
