IIT-Madras student commits suicide in hostel-NewsX

An IIT-Madras student, Guldip Yadav has allegedly committed suicide in his hostel in the institute today morning at around 7am. Guldip belongs to Agra. The initial reports say, Gurdip was in a relationship and after suffering a failure in his love affair, he was depressed. Guldip hanged in his hostel room for love failure. He was a second year b-tech civil engineering student at IIT Madras. IIT-Madras has not given any information sofar. The police have registered the case and the further investigation is on. This is the second death in the institute in this academic year
