Too Much Screen Watching May Stunt a Child's Developmental Growth A new study in the journal JAMA Pediatrics says staring at TV, computer or phone screens for too long will stunt a child's communication, problem-solving and social skills later in life. For the study, data on over 2,400 mothers and their kids was gathered at the University of Calgary. 24, 36 and 60 months of age.
