Shocking footage released by Thames Valley Police shows the drunk driver on the wrong side of the motorway in the outside lane. They wrote:
This drunk driver drove the wrong way down the M4 near Reading on Saturday. He was arrested and found to be almost four times over the drink-drive limit.
This is another reminder of the potential destruction of drink and drug driving.
