Hearing underway on activist Sudha Bhardwaj's petition in Punjab & Haryana High Court

A day after Delhi HC ended the house arrest of activist Gautam Navalakha. The Maharashtra govt today challenged Delhi Hight court's order in the supreme court. The state govt has also demanded stay on high court's order also requested a hearing on its plea before the apex court. Today activist Sudha Bhardwaj's petition will also come up before the Punjab and Haryana High Court. It is expected that she too will be given relief.
