Occurred on July 29, 2018 / San Antonio, Texas, USA
Info from Licensor: "We were driving down the street and saw the man in the green and white Mexico shirt chasing the man without a shirt and swinging at him. Cars were honking and the man tried to jump in the middle of traffic for help. We didn’t see the next few seconds but I called 911 and we pulled into the parking lot. That’s when I started recording. There were cars behind us honking but were scared to get out because the man in yellow was acting like he had a gun."
