Hundreds of high school students shred books to confetti

Hundreds of high school seniors in China shred their textbooks to relieve stress before the country's famous university entrance exam. They throw the fragments off the building, making it "rain" white paper.

The video, shot in Heze City in eastern China's Shandong Province on June 1, shows students tossing the paper scraps from the roof of a school building. The homemade confetti settles like a sheet of snow.

Students standing in the corridors clap and cheer them on.
