Tamil Nadu Tuticorin streets bloodied with 13 deaths after anti-Sterlite protests turn violent

At least 13 people have lost their lives and several others injured in the ongoing protests in Tamil Nadu's Tuticorin. The protesters are demanding a ban on Sterlite Industries raising as they create a lot of pollution wake of the pollution created by them. Monitoring the situation, Edappadi K Palaniswami has ordered a judicial inquiry into the violence, police firing and also appealed for calm.
