BJP female candidate's kin targeted, allegedly assaulted by TMC supporters

Poll violence continues as TMC supporters allegedly targeted relative of a BJP female candidate and sexually assaulted her and allegedly even raped her at gun point in Shantipur, Nadia. BJP alleges that TMC was pressuring the woman candidate of BJP to withdraw her nomination from Panchayat poll and was constantly intimidating her. However, TMC have refused to acknowledge any such allegation.
