Strong winds topple giant statue of China's first emperor

A 62ft-high, six-ton statue of China's first emperor Qin Shi Huang has fallen flat on its face after strong winds hit eastern China on April 6.
In the video, captured in Binzhou City in Shangdong Province, a crane tries to lift up the toppled giant bronze sculpture, which lies face down on the ground at a tourist site known as Qing Huang Tai scenic spot.
According to reports, China's meteorological observatory issued a yellow signal, its second-strongest.
The statue, which was built in 2005, was blown ten metres away from its original place.
