‘Fingers are pointing’ to Russia in Skripal investigation

Chair of Foreign Affairs Select Committee, Tom Tugendhat MP has said that “fingers are pointing very strongly in one direction”, towards the Kremlin, as the investigation into the attack on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter continues.
