U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump insisted on Sunday in a phone interview with NBC's Meet the Press, he was "100 per cent right" when he said he saw thousands of Muslims in Jersey City, New Jersey, cheering the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center even though fact-checkers have deemed his statement false.
