He calmed our nerves throughout the day with light-hearted jokes, anecdotes, advice, and referrals all while remaining extremely professional and on-task. I truly feel like we know this house now. The report was created quickly and professionally, complete with easy to read bullet points, prose, and clarifying photographs. Even after the submission of the report and our payment (by credit card on the day of the inspection, great convenience!), Larry has been quick to reply to our emails as we continue to move through the process from contract to closing.
