Man rides around flooded Algerian streets on a jetski

When flooding hit Skikda, Algeria earlier this week, one man made the most of the conditions by getting out his jetski.

A video filmed on November 14 showed the man cruising down a flooded road.

Heavy rain on Monday caused the flooding in Skikda which lies on the coast about 500 kilometres east of the capital.
