5. Massive Broilers\r
During the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant in the UK, huge pieces were transported elsewhere including these 2 massive broilers were weighed in at 310 tonnes each! These came rolling through the streets of a small english town in new and were being sent to Sweden in order for them to recycle the metal. Each one measured 70 feet and you can probably imagine the townspeople are a little shocked with all the commotion! Getting rid of these giant broilers will not only make the town of Berkley be more eye catching, but the metal will receive a decent chunk of change when its sold. Dismantling nuclear power plants can be risky business at times even trying to find a place to put something like this would be difficult, so its best to recycle it. \r

4. Megayacht\r
Footage of this massive yacht made in the Netherlands was released and really seemed like a pain in the butt to get it to its intended location. It was made in the town of Aalsmeer and it set sail to Rotterdam in March of new. The Dutch have always been known for their quality ship making skills but it most seems that something like this is a little too big to fit through their narrow canals. Tugboats were used to drag this massive ship and 14 bridges needed to be lifted due to the yachts sheer height on its way to get to the Hollandsche River. From there, 5 more bridges needed to be lifted in on the way to Schiedam, which is a city located right by Rotterdam. The Dutch certainly seem to have a great system of canals which can take them just about anywhere in the country. \r

3. 1000 Ton Piece of Sub\r
Modern day submarines are massive without a doubt but its not always easy getting the pieces together in order to build them! This piece of the submarine you see in the photo, was constructed by BAE Systems, the same people who brought you HAARP and its completely draped so you have no idea what it looks like. Its apparently a large piece of a nuclear submarine that weighs an estimated 1000 tons! This set the record for being the largest piece of machinery ever made by BAE that we know of and some claim its apart of an Astute class submarine, which is the latest class of British submarines. It was placed on a special transport vehicle from the New Assembly Shop in Barrow in Furness to the Devonshire Dock Hall, not too far way. Its quite a risky transport for something so huge in just a distance of a few hundred yards. \r

2. Scheuerle Vehicles\r
One of the best companies that manufures vehicles capable of such massive transports is known as Scheuerle. This company in Germany began in the late 1800s and produced vehicles capable of moving a large amount swords. The first major international project this company participated in, was the massive relocation of Abu Simbel. Many stone blocks of the famous temple in Egypt were moved with their heavy duty vehicles, capable of transporting tons of rock. In more modern times, vehicles like we see here are used to transport submarines like we just mentioned and other heavy cargo. They also help with the transportation process by making motorized support bridges that allow you to pretty much put up a small bridge wherever youd like. This one we see here has a 620 ton, payload capacity. \r

1.Space X delivery\r
Imagine ordering a 125,000 gallon liquid oxygen tank off of ebay and seeing it show up to your house like in this photo! This extra wide load was found en route to Cape Canaveral, Florida right before the spaceX launch in 2008. This company was founded in 2002 with the goal of revolutionizing space technology and some day the colonization of Mars! Liquid oxygen is commonly used in spacecraft as rocket fuel and its believed that this photo was used for the Falcon 9 rocket which was designed to be reusable and to deliver cargo to Nasas space space station. If the liquid oxygen tank is indeet full, its highly flammable and extremely dangerous! Carry a tank this large has certainly got to be a difficult task to complete!
