London explosion at Parsons Green treated as terror incident

London was hit by another terrorist attack Friday morning when a blast went off in the city's underground train. At least 18 people were rushed to hospitals, although no life threatening injuries were reported. The explosion went off around 8:20 a.m. as the train left the Parsons Green station in Southwest London. Authorities said an explosive device was the cause of the attack.
