Huge cloud of black smoke rises from plastic recycling plant fire

Dramatic footage of a massive cloud of thick black smoke rising from a plastic recycling plant ablaze in Hong Kong on September 13.
According to reports, 132 firefighters, 35 fire engines and four ambulances were sent to the scene.
No casualties were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
