Brussels bombing suspect previously 'known to police'

A man who detonated a suitcase in an attempted attack in Brussels has been identified as a Moroccan national, according to the Belgium Prosecutor's Office The suspect came from Molenbeek, the home of several of the suspects linked to last year's attacks in Brussels and in Paris in November 2015. While the suspect wasn't known to authorities for terror activities, the attack is being treated as a terrorist incident.
