Syrians fleeing IS face hardship in displacement camp

Civilians from Raqa talk of "tragic" conditions inside the dusty Mabrouka camp in northern Syria where they are seeking refuge from the Islamic State group. Hundreds of civilians continue to escape the jihadist bastion and head north to camps in territory controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces, a US-backed Arab-Kurdish alliance.
