Eight-year-old Wang Kai from Nanyang, central China’s Henan Province, showed off a unique card trick on a CCTV talent show, slicing bananas and cucumbers with skillfully thrown playing cards. Wang said he became interested in flying cards after watching a Chinese movie star show off this skill. Wang spends around 20 minutes every day practicing throwing cards from online teaching videos found by his father. Did you know that well-thrown playing cards could even slice into a watermelon?
