Syrian filmmaker from "The White Helmets" passport rejected

Directors of the documentary short "The White Helmets" express frustration that Syrian filmmaker Khaled Kathib could not attend the Oscars. Kathib was barred from entering the US after his passport was rejected. Director of the best foreign film "The Salesman" also did not attend, remaining in Iran out of protest.
