Viral video: car owner beats security guard over clamped tyre

Video of a condominium security guard being badly assaulted by an angry resident here has gone viral on social media. The 40-second video depicts the resident – who was furious that his car had been clamped and was attempting to remove the clamp from his tyre – punching, kicking and beating the guard with a steel cutter when he realised the guard was filming his actions.
