Kazakhstan, South Korea urge North Korea to abandon nuclear arms

Seoul, Nov 10 (EFE).- Presidents of Kazakhstan and South Korea Thursday urged North Korea to abandon its nuclear weapons program and pledged to begin negotiations for a future trade agreement.
