Roger Goodell on NFL player celebrations: We have professional standards

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell's approval rating among players isn't exactly sky high at the moment. Now after a report came out showing ratings spiraling downward, Goodell is responding. On the subject of cracking down on player celebrations, he had this to say to the Washington Post. Goodell said. NBC News reports that through the first six weeks of this current NFL season, there have been 16 penalties for excessive celebration, compared to 10 at the same time a year ago. Goodell added.
