Turkey police pull the plug on pro-Kurdish TV channel while on air

Turkish police officers stormed the headquarters of a pro-Kurdish television channel and terminated its live broadcast after it was ordered last week, along with several other outlets, to be closed under the emergency laws over accusations of supporting Kurdish militants.
