Crémant d'Alsace is the jewel in the crown of the sparkling wines produced in Alsace. Fresh and elegant, Crémant d'Alsace is developed by secondary fermentation, and predominately made from Pinot Blanc, but also from Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling or Chardonnay.
