LOS ANGELES — The 2015 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Dani Mathers, has landed herself in serious legal trouble a Snapchat funny that turned out to be a massive fail.
Back in July, while at a gym in Los Angeles, the sexy centerfold snapped a pic of an elderly woman in the communal shower with the caption “If I can’t unsee this you can’t either.”
Turns out body-shaming isn’t only frowned upon in polite society, it may also be a civil and criminal offense! One that could cost $1 million in damages, for invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and punishable by up to six months behind bars.
The 29-year-old offered an apology on Twitter, but that may not be enough for her lawyer, Tom Mesereau, who represented Michael Jackson in his 2005 child molestation case, to get her off the charges scot-free.
