Makki Ki Roti is a very popular flat bread of Pakistan and India, especially in Punjab. Makki Ki Roti is yellow in color when ready, and has much less adhesive strength which makes it difficult to handle. The rolling out bread into perfect circular shape will be challenge at first time. However, this skill can not be taught and only become better with practice. Before serving Makki Ki Roti topped with butter and goes excellent with a warm bowl of sarson ka saag and a glass of lassi.

Salt 1 tsp نمک 1 ٹی سپون
Warm water نیم گرم پانی
Clarified butter (Desi ghee) as required دِسی گھی حسب ضرورت
