The names of the 130 victims of the Paris attacks were read out on Friday at a national tribute held in the courtyard of the Invalides military hospital. On Tuesday, Tunis was again rocked by jihadist terror. Now France's president is trying to lead a "coalition of the grudging", and persuade his partners, including Moscow, to focus on fighting the IS group. Will all this overshadow the UN climate change conference in Paris next week?
