Daredevil Walks Tightrope Across Chinese Gorge

Tightrope walker Askar Uighur celebrated the 70th anniversary of China's victory over Japan in the Second World War, with a tightrope walk across a gorge in the Bai Zhang Pu resort. One thin rope separated him from the rocks below as he used his balancing pole to tiptoe across the massive gorge while dozens of onlookers gazed in awe from a winding road carved into the mountain.
