WWII soldiers honored in Day of Valor rites

MANILA, Philippines -- Seventy-one years after the Fall of Bataan, President Benigno Aquino III led the celebration of Araw ng Kagitingan in Pilar, Bataan.
During the festivities, the president hailed the heroism of Filipino and American soldiers during World War II and announced better benefits for veterans.
