Depressed Taiwanese erotic actress tries to commit suicide after being rejected by film producers

Depressed Taiwanese erotic actress Yu Jie(于婕) attempted to jump from a balcony on the fifth floor of a local hotel in Beijing. Fortunately Yu's friend convinced her to stop the actress frightened other hotel customers and pedestrains on the street with her suicide attempt.

Yu Jie, 36, has been frustrated with her career for years. Last week Yu and her broker had an interview with Japanese film profucers in Beijing. However, the film producers said that Yu is old and out of shape and totally incompetent. This caused Yu to attempt suicide.
