Triad murderer captured: Taiwan fugitive on the run Chen Fuxiang finally captured

The wanted suspect in a double drug-murder 2 weeks ago was captured by police during the early hours of Saturday morning.
Chen Fuxiang, a mob hitman and enforcer for a local Taipei gang boss, was still sleeping when heavily armed Taiwanese police officers busted into the studio apartment he’d been hiding in. The officers pulled him to the floor and had him cuffed before he was done dreaming.
On the bed next to him was an M4 which had been converted for 9mm bullets.
Police explained that Chen had dropped his phone at the scene of the murders and police were able to hack the phone and obtain all of Chen’s online log-ins.
Last Friday evening Chen had logged onto a porn site and police were then able to trace the IP address of the computer he’d used to a physical location in Taoyuan county, just outside of Taipei.
Three other individuals were also arrested with Chen, but police said they were most likely gang underlings there to assist Chen with his flight from authorities. In addition to the M4, three small handguns were also confiscated along with over 150 rounds of ammunition.
Chen’s had USD $140K in cash at his disposal while he was on the lamb, although police have only managed to recover USD $12K in cash so far.
Another underling, who goes by the name “Sharkie” on Facebook, was attempting to contact Chen Fuxiang while the hitman was on the run. The Facebook exchange on Chen Fuxiang’s wall reads:
Sharkie: “Hey bro! Where you at? I keep calling and you’re not answering my calls or my texts! What gives?”
Chen Fuxiang: “You idiot! Don’t you watch the news? I’m on the run for murder, do you know what that means? Go bang your head against a wall and see if you can’t wake up a few brain cells! And delete this thread!”
Sharkie: “Yes, boss man! But I don’t know how to do that, I’ll ask someone right away!”
Chen Fuxiang: “That’s it! You win, there’s no arguing with stupid.”
You’re right about that, Mr. Chen! Don’t argue with stupid, because they’ll just pull you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Maybe if the police are able to catch “Sharkie” they can be cellmates.
