France: Investigations in Germanwings crash focus on co-pilot

As crews continue their search in the French Alps for the second black box in the Germanwings crash, investigators are focusing on recordings recovered from the first black box. They say the co-pilot Andres Lubitz appears to have deliberately locked himself in the cockpit and caused the plane to crash, killing all 250 people aboard. German police report finding evidence that should have grounded Lubitz on the day of the tragedy. His unnamed girlfriend says he told her he was under psychiatric treatment and would soon carry out a spectacular gesture by which he would become widely known. teleSUR
