Pitt sings about Oyelowo at Palm Springs Fest

Brad Pitt showed off his singing skills on Saturday (January 03) at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. The actor took the stage to present "Selma" actor David Oyelowo with the Breakthrough Performance Award for his portrayal of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. During the presentation Pitt led the audience in a sing-along designed to help everyone nail the pronunciation of Oyelowo's name. Pitt is one of the producers of "Selma," which has been gaining a traction through awards season. The movie, which is a chronicle of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s campaign to secure equal voting rights via an epic march in 1965, is up for best motion picture drama at the Golden Globes on January 11.
