Only days after TRAI gave its set of recommendations on spectrum pricing, TRAI Chairman Rahul Khullar tells ET NOW in his first television interview since, that spectrum issues can be addressed only at the political level. Khullar also says telcos need 3G spectrum and the government must either allow 3G roaming or have another round of 3G auction.
