Note On Pizza Hut Receipt Referred To Customer As 'Pink Fat Lady'

A photo of a receipt that was recently shared on Facebook is garnering quite a bit of attention. The takeaway slip is from a Pizza Hut in Signapore and it has a handwritten note at the bottom that simply reads ‘Pink Fat Lady’.
Many of us have had an unfavorable experience while dining out, but it rarely involves restaurant employees criticizing our physical appearance.

The woman goes by Aili Si and she posted a photo of the receipt on the Pizza Hut Singapore Facebook page. She also wrote, “I don't think it is nice for your staff to describe me as such on my receipt... As a customer I definitely hope to be treated with basic respect deserved by any others.”
Pizza Hut responded with their sincerest apologies and asked for Si's personal information so they could contact her and investigate what allegedly occurred.
Via Facebook, the company notes that Si accepted the apology and the business is currently working to improve their customer service standards.
