TPP 2014 - Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement - Is this an overthrow of America without a shot being fired

The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) has some provisions and aspects that concern many Americans. It seems to be being talked about and passed in the back rooms of government instead of with the involvement of the American People. And some of the provisions provide for it to override certain aspects of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, let alone Natural Law ans Natural Rights. Has President Barack Obama orchestrated a Coup d'état without a shot being fired?
