Weather Phenomenon Causes Beyoncé Concert to Be Heard For Miles

Both the operators of the San Francisco City hotline and the San Francisco Giants say they were flooded with complaints during Beyonce and Jay Z's concert at AT&T park, because the sound was apparently carried as far as three miles in every direction. Jen Markham explains the weather event that contributed to the phenomena.
