A woman was seen driving on Interstate Highway 77 in North Carolina with a young child in a car seat and a man riding outside on the back of the car threatening the driver and trying to break the back windshield of the sedan.

A woman was seen driving on Interstate Highway 77 in North Carolina with a young child in a car seat and a man riding outside on the back of the car threatening the driver and trying to break the back windshield of the sedan.
Cars slowed down to watch what was happening as the man laid down and held on to the top of the car’s trunk.
Several drivers called the police, but authorities were reportedly unable to locate the car.
One woman took video footage from a nearby car. She and her family also reported that the man was eventually successful in smashing the back window, and that he crawled into the vehicle.
Witness to the incident, 17 year-old Samuel Cruz is quoted as saying: “Whenever he lifted his hand to smash the glass open it looked like it was something sharp. I’m really worried because I just hope she’s OK you know, with her kid.”
Although there is video evidence, police don’t have much to go on.
They think that the man and woman probably know each other, and according to the law, the driver of the car is ultimately responsible for not stopping, so police are unsure what kind of charges will be filed against those involved.
