À la carte - An Irish Fish Meal | Euromaxx

We visit the Restaurant FortyOne in the Residence Club in Dublin for a fish treat. Head Chef Graham Neville has made a name for himself with his light, seasonal specialties. Almost all of the dishes on his menu are made with products that he has sourced locally. For us he cooks John Dory garnished with yellow and orange carrots, topped with smoked pork belly, celeriac and young sweetheart cabbage.
