General Motors under investigation over safety

General Motors is facing fresh questions in the United States over the safety of its cars. Amongst those investigating GM is the US regulatory agency, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. But some argue it is that agency's oversight that should also be investigated. Al Jazeera's Shihab Rattansi reports from Washington.
