Floods cause chaos in UK and Italy

Floods have caused chaos across Europe, especially in the United Kingdoms and Italy. High winds and heavy rainfall are continuing to deluge parts of Europe. Even though temperatures have not been as low as usual, that has done nothing to stop the weather woes - particularly in Italy and the UK. Al Jazeera's Simon McGregor-Wood reports.
