Struggling company Blackberry pleads to customers not to abandon it

Smartphone company Blackberry has written an open letter to customers pleading with them not to abandon it. The once dominant player in the market is struggling, racking up multi-million dollar losses. It is in the process of being sold and wants customers to stick with them.
