Bogota, Oct. 2 (EFE).- Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, 61, announces that he has prostate cancer and will undergo surgery on Wednesday, less than two weeks before the start of the long-awaited peace process with the rebel group FARC scheduled to begin Oct. 15 in Oslo, Norway.
