Instead of making balloons, or doing something fun, the strange character seems to enjoy just staring at people. Making the situation even creepier is that fact that he made his first appearance on Friday the 13th.
According to a local news outlet, the clown knocked on someone’s door and offered to paint their window sills.
The major problem was that he had no painting supplies or equipment when the proposition was made. Although his true identity remains unknown - the sinister looking jester wears a red wig and paints his face white - he does have a Facebook page.
