The Daily Mail obtains video from a Spanish courtroom where a judge asks the driver of the train why he didn’t slow down. Francisco Garzon tells the judge he "can’t explain" his speed through a tight curve. Garzon faces 79 counts of negligent homicide for each person who died in the crash.
